Our core business is the realisation of attractive real estate projects

We invest throughout Germany in properties with technical and commercial development potential. We mainly focus on properties in medium-sized and small towns or on the outskirts of conurbations. All core tasks along the value chain, from purchasing, technology and asset management to sales, are carried out by us.

Together we always find the best way to enhance and design our properties. Upgrading serves the goal of a long-term increase in value and the presentation of an optimal living concept for the user. In doing so, we deal with new building projects, extensions, modernizations and renovations of all kinds of buildings.

Our project locations

Our project locations are mainly located in cities such as Mönchengladbach, Düsseldorf, Köln, the district of Viersen or the district of Neuss. We also realise projects in smaller or neighbouring cities within a radius of approx. 100 kilometres, if these correspond to our purchasing profile.
