The former Kneppenhof discotheque is being transformed into new idyllic living quarters

The Kneppenhof is located in im im Nettetal – Glabbach and has a property size of 12.623 m². The 2 1/2 floors have space for 17 residential units which are to be completely renovated and modernised in the future. The potential of the property is very large due to its attractive location and a solid foundation, which we recognised early on.
